Once you have clicked on the "Complete Order" button, it is not possible to change the contents of your order. If you want to change order details, addresses, etc., please reach out to us within 12 hours of placing your order except for protective masks which is a 1-hour window.
If you wish to cancel your order, please note that you can only cancel your order within 1 hour of placing your order. (Note: Protective masks are a personal use item and cannot be returned.) Our products are custom-made on-demand and sent to production within hours of placing the order and therefore cannot be altered. Please ensure all information is correct before finalizing your purchase.
For mask and filter subscriptions, your order can be canceled, edited, or paused as long as you submit the request 24 hours before your next order is placed by the system. You can visit the Subscription Management Page to do so. Once your order has been created, we can no longer cancel or pause your shipment.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee your changes will be made. Requests received within the time window are subject to review and evaluation.
