What is the VIDA Rewards Program?

How do I earn points?
For every dollar you spend on merchandise at VIDA & Co., you receive one point when you provide or checkout with the email address that is registered to your VIDA Rewards account*.
*Note that your VIDA Rewards account is the same as your ShopVIDA Account and/or studio account.
Can I earn points if I buy VIDA products from a VIDA partner or boutique?
No, at this time, purchases made outside shopvida.com do not result in points.
Can I combine points from multiple accounts into a single account?
Yes! If you have more than one VIDA Rewards account, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can assist you by combining your accounts.
What is My VIDA Rewards Page?
Your VIDA Rewards Page is where you can view your current point balance, as well as your point activity. To view your VIDA Rewards Page balance online, simply log in to your online account.
What happens to my points when I return items?
Points will be deducted from your VIDA Rewards Page when merchandise is returned that was originally purchased using your VIDA Rewards account. It is possible your VIDA Rewards Page could have a negative balance after merchandise is returned.
What happens to my VIDA Reward points if part of my order is cancelled?
Points are awarded for all merchandise that is purchased. If an item is cancelled from your order, you will not receive points for that item.
Can I just use points or do I have to combine points used with an order?
Yes! You have an order purchased with only points. However, you will still have to pay for shipping.
What are Rewards?
Rewards are typically deluxe product samples. You are eligible to redeem a Reward from the Rewards Boutique if you have enough points in your Beauty Bank for that specific Reward. Rewards can be redeemed with a purchase of additional merchandise from Sephora online or in store.
Are there any limitations to the number of Rewards that I can redeem?
No, as long as you have enough points you may use your points as you choose.
How do I Redeem Rewards?
Once you have logged into your online Beauty Insider account, you will be able to add a Reward to your online basket from the Rewards Boutique or you can select from Rewards available during the checkout process. When shopping in store, you will see the Reward Boutique at the registers when you check out.
Can I return items purchased using reward points?
Unfortunately, items purchased using reward points may not be returned or exchanged for points or cash, for another product, gift card, or gift certificate.
