If you would like to deactivate your account please refer to the tutorial below.
Step 1: Begin by clicking into your Account Settings in the Studio. Click 'Account Settings' in studio.shopvida.com
Step 2: Scroll down to the bottom where it says 'Deactivate Your Account'. Click 'Deactivate Account' and follow the directions.
What does deactivating do?
Deactivating your account will remove all your products from shopvida.com and unsubscribe you from future messages. You will still have access to the studio and can re-enable your account within the same Account Settings section any time you wish.
You can choose to reactivate your account after your account has been deactivated. Once reactivated, all products that were previously live in your collection will return to your collection.
Step 1: Log on to studio.shopvida.com. Click 'forgot password' if you don't remember it.
Step 2: Once in the studio, go into Account Settings in the Studio. Click 'Account Settings' in the lefthand menu.
Step 3: Scroll all the way down until you see 'Reactivate your Account'. Click 'Enable Account' and follow the directions.
