If you purchased a VIDA Protective Mask between April 11-30, 2020, your order may have arrived late due to unanticipated COVID-related delays in customs. For all of these customers, we offered to refund your shipping charges 1-3 weeks after your order is delivered - and we are reaching to each of you to share an option with you.
In the past few weeks, we have seen unprecedented need for donations of masks from essential workers, first responders, veterans, single mothers struggling to make ends meet, and communities serving victims of domestic violence and abuse. We have funded 3,500 masks to support local relief efforts, however the need is so much greater than what we alone can serve. Some of our customers have requested us to donate on their behalf and we'd like to know if you would prefer to have that choice as well.
You may choose to receive your shipping refund or donate this amount to provide masks to an organization, including those listed below. We know these are difficult times so please know this donation is entirely voluntary and we will honor either choice.
We will be emailing all customers who qualify for this option no later than 3 weeks after your order is delivered.
