What features do these masks provide?

Featuring a filtration efficiency of 95%+, this comfortable, breathable 4-layer KN95 level protection mask is lab-tested for optimal filtration efficiency and printed with an array of modern and playful prints for kids and adults. Includes a prepaid return label to send back your used masks for recycling. Each ten-pack contains two masks of each print.

Tested by National Ecological Textiles in China to meet rigorous KN95 level filtration standards. Designed for consumer use only - do not use for protection in a surgical or clinical setting. Does not provide a liquid protection barrier. Masks are personal-use items and cannot be refunded. Return envelopes are provided for the recycling program only (available only to U.S. customers).

Correct, it does have a shape similar to Korean-made KF94 masks. However, because this product is produced in China.
