How to modify your mask subscription?

1. Login to your account.

2. Click Manage Subscription.

3. Click Products in Your Subscription then Click Add/Swap Product.

4. You will see the list of mask types as you scroll down. Click your desired quantity, size, and color. Then hit Select. Don’t forget to click Save Changes.
Obviously, there is no charge or fee for this change.

5. Once successfully added/swapped/updated, the chosen product/s will appear at the top of your screen and you will get the message Product was added/swapped successfully.

6. You are all set! You will receive a confirmation email like this:

Should you have any questions or if you are having trouble with the steps, you can reach out to us. In your email, describe the changes (e.g. mask type, quantity, color, frequency, next order date) you’d like to make in your subscription and send it to [e-mail]. We’ll then take care of it for you.
