Approximately 20 million tons of apparel are thrown away by consumers every year. We want to do our part to reverse this trend. All VIDA’s products are uniquely designed and VIDA’s on-demand products are custom-made, made-to-order, and hand-finished just for you. Our in-stock items are prepared in advance in quick turnaround, small-batch production runs to meet essential needs. We manufacture only what you buy, so we can reduce waste and be mindful of what we bring into our world.
At VIDA, we are proud to deliver products of high quality to our customers. If your product does not meet our quality standards and specifications on our website, we will replace the item for you at no additional cost.
Because we produce our on-demand items specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or order cancellations after we have started our production process (from one hour after order placement). All our facemasks and other PPE items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Our Artist-Print Products
We want you to love your VIDA artist-print product. If you find any misprints, damages, or defects in your item, we reproduce the item for you - at no cost to you. Please submit your request within 30 days of receiving your product through our requests page. All misprinted, damaged, or defective items are fully covered at VIDA’s expense, including the shipping cost. However, please note that we do not accept returns and refund requests for our artist-made products.
If your item doesn’t fit perfectly, you may request a different size by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that this policy only applies to non-PPE products. We include a measurement chart on our website for every item available, so please be sure to review the fit information carefully before re-purchasing, so we can get you your best fit.
Note, unless requested for quality feedback purposes, you do not have to return your original item. Instead, we encourage you to gift or donate the product so we can create less waste in our world and share the gift of original art.
Our PPE Products
Face Masks are personal use items and therefore we cannot accept them for returns for safety reasons. We also cannot accept unopened masks and in that case, we encourage you to donate or gift your mask to others in need.
If you find damages or defects in your face mask, we will send you a one-time replacement at no cost for up to 3 months from the day it was delivered. We want you to enjoy using your mask for as long as possible, so we have added extra ear adjusters with each mask. If you need additional ear adjusters, you can purchase them from our site.
If you are not satisfied with your mask for any other reason, please contact us through email@example.com and we will try to assist you as best we can. Our customer service agents will be happy to assist you to find the best mask for you in our collection. Please do note we do not accept returns or refund requests if the masks ordered are meeting VIDA’s quality standards and product specifications.
Questions About Delivery
Undelivered Items: If your items were returned to us because you inadvertently entered an incorrect shipping address when making your purchase, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and request you to make additional payment in order to ship to the correct mailing address.

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned back to us and we are unable to provide a refund for those items.
Lost Items: If your package was lost in transit, please be sure to reach out to us through our requests page within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
