Our mask orders take one hour to be processed by our system and typically take 1-3 business days (check the Product Page for the updated fulfillment lead time) to ship from our warehouse. Once it is processed by our system, we can no longer cancel the order. Due to this, we ask that you cancel your order within one hour of placing your order.
If you reached out to us within 1 hour but haven’t yet heard from us, please be assured that we will honor your cancellation request and refund your order fully. If you are outside of your 1 window and still need to cancel your order, please do reach out to us (email@example.com) with CANCEL OUTSIDE 1 HOUR in the subject line and we will be happy to assist you the best way we can.
