1. Can I cancel my order?
Our mask orders undergo processing within one hour of placement in our system and typically ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days (please refer to the Product Page for the latest fulfillment lead time). Once an order has entered our processing system, cancellation becomes unavailable. Therefore, we kindly request that any cancellations be made within one hour of order placement.
If you have contacted us within the one-hour timeframe but have not yet received a response, rest assured that we will honor your cancellation request and provide a full refund. For cancellations requested beyond this window, please reach out to us at hi@shopvida.com with 'CANCEL OUTSIDE 1 HOUR' in the subject line, and we will do our utmost to assist you promptly."
Please note that once your order is shipped, we cannot cancel your order.
2. Why was my order cancelled?
There are several potential reasons why an order may be cancelled:
1. High-Risk Fraud Detection: Our advanced software diligently monitors orders for any irregularities. If it detects suspicious activity indicating potential fraud, the order is automatically flagged for review and subsequently cancelled. In such cases, we promptly notify the customer, offering the option to reorder or receive an invoice for their convenience.
2. Out-of-Stock Items: If any products in your order become unavailable and you haven't selected alternative items within the allotted time frame (typically 48 hours), we initiate a refund process. This can be issued either as cashback or in the form of gift cards, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers
