- How do your expedited delivery options work?
- When you place an order, we allot a fulfillment time for our warehouse to pack and label your order. The fulfillment time of the item is found on the right side of the product page.
- After your order has been fulfilled by our warehouse, it is sent to the carrier (UPS, USPS, or DHL). If you selected expedited delivery at checkout, that is when it comes into effect. Your order will then arrive in 2 days or overnight, depending on if you selected 2-Day Shipping or Overnight Shipping.
- If I select overnight shipping, will my order arrive tomorrow?
- No. Your expedited shipping will only come into effect after the order is fulfilled by our warehouse and sent to the carrier. Please be sure to check our website's product pages for updated shipping times.

Our estimated fulfillment timeline for most of our mask products is depending on the type of mask that you have purchased. Please refer to the product pages on our website for the most up-to-date timelines, as we are constantly working on making improvements.

- Why was my order cancelled?
There could be a few reasons why an order will be cancelled. Here are some but are not limited to:-
