- Our best-selling Cotton Color Collection masks now feature a 99% Filtration Certified Filter. Previously, they used to feature PM2.5 Filters.
- Is the mask adjustable?
- Yes. The mask features adjustable ear loops to create the perfect fit.
- How long does it take for the mask to ship?
- It usually takes the mask 1-3 business days to ship out from our warehouse. It will then take our carriers about 4 days to ship your order to your address, depending on if you are within or outside the United States. Please note that colors in high demand will take longer to ship from our warehouse, as indicated on our website.

All you need in order to track your order is your order number and the email you used to place the order. Find your order number in your confirmation email, the subject line is "Thank you from VIDA".

- Can I cancel my order?
- Our mask orders take one hour to be processed by our system and typically take 1-3 business days to ship from our warehouse. Once it is processed by our system, we can no longer cancel the order. Due to this, we ask that you cancel your order within one hour of placing your order.
If you reached out to us within 1 hour but haven’t yet heard from us, please be assured that we will honor your cancellation request and refund your order fully. If you are outside of your 1 window and still need to cancel your order, please contact us here and choose the category as "Cancel Order" and we will be happy to assist you the best way we can.

- Unfortunately, once an order is shipped we cannot cancel it.

- How long will it take to receive my mask order?
- Our masks take 1-3 business days to ship out from our warehouse. We now have a variety of masks so it's best to check the processing lead time on the Product Description page of the website. Due to current nationwide delays with USPS, please allow for up to 10 business days for USPS to deliver your order to you.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes.
- I thought the shipping rate was $4.50, but it is now $9.50. Why did it change?
- Our shipping rates are based on the weight of the packages. Packages weighing less than 0.4 lbs have a domestic shipping rate of $4.50. Packages weighing 0.41-1 lb have a domestic shipping rate of $9.50.
- I received a message about donating my shipping refund. I'd like to donate my shipping refund. Who can I contact?

Questions about Receiving Your Order:
- My item has been in transit for a long time and I am afraid it has gotten lost. What should I do next?
- With the holiday season upon us, USPS is experiencing a high volume of deliveries and it is taking additional time for them to update their tracking information. We ask that you wait 11 days, starting from when your item was first shipped, for your item to be delivered.
If it has been more than 11 days and your item has not been delivered, please submit a request here and select the category "Lost or Stolen Order".
- With the holiday season upon us, USPS is experiencing a high volume of deliveries and it is taking additional time for them to update their tracking information. We ask that you wait 11 days, starting from when your item was first shipped, for your item to be delivered.
- My item was delivered, but I think my order has been lost or stolen. What is your policy on this?
- First, we ask that you check with your neighbors, your building manager, or your local post office to see if the package was accidentally misdelivered. If you do not find your items within 3-4 days of delivery, please submit a request here and select the category "Lost or Stolen Order" and we will replace your items, free of charge.
- What do I do if there are missing items from my order?
- We will replace your items as soon as possible. Please submit a request here and select the category "Missing Items" and we will replace your items, free of charge.
- What do I do if there are damaged items from my order?
- We would be happy to replace a damaged mask. Please submit a request here and select the category "Damaged Items" and we will replace your items, free of charge. We can replace damaged masks at no cost for up to 3 months.
- What types of damages are covered by your policy?
- If your mask has been torn or your nosepiece has damaged your mask, we would be happy to replace them, as previously mentioned in question 3. If your ear adjusters have broken, we will send you replacement ear adjusters.
- My order was not delivered to me and returned to the sender. What do I do?
- First, please see if you can reach out to your local post office to retrieve your package. If your items were returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and send the package back to you.
- I am not satisfied with my mask and wish to return it.
- Unfortunately, since masks are a personal use item we do not allow returns on them. Please contact us here if you have any additional questions.
Questions about Caring for your Masks:
- How do I care for my mask?
- We recommend hand-washing and air-drying the masks. Please note that air-drying the masks in the sun will cause the color to fade. You can machine wash and machine dry the mask, but hand-washing and air-drying the masks will improve its longevity.
- My mask has become damaged over time! What do I do?
- We would be happy to replace your damaged mask at no cost for up to 3 months. Please reach out to us as soon as your mask becomes damaged.
