1. What is the thread count on your washable masks Mask?

2. How tightly woven is the cotton on these products?
   • These masks use a yarn count of 40-60s. The yarn count refers to the fineness of the yarn, so the thicker the yarn, the smaller the S value of the yarn is. For comparison, a regular t-shirt made of a jersey is between 20-40s.
3. What are the wash instructions for these products?
   • We recommend that you gently machine wash protective masks on a warm cycle (40°C or 104°F). For best results, please hang your mask to dry.
4. Should I wash my items before first use?
   • Yes, it is recommended that you wash your items before you first use them.
5. If you wash the masks, will they shrink?
   • When washed, masks will shrink but no more than 5% of their original size.
6. How do I use the scarf as a protective mask?
   • To wear as a protective covering, lay the scarf down and fold it into a triangle. Holding the two corners of the triangle, wrap around your face and tie the corners into a knot at the back of your neck and tighten for a snug fit.
7. What are the features of the foldaway tote?
   • The foldaway tote contains a small zipper pouch that can be used to safely contain your protective mask on the go.
8. What can the carry-all pouch hold?
   • With a carry-all pouch, you can store your masks, extra mask filters, gloves, and hand sanitizer to take with you when you go outside.
